Our Mission ​
Our mission here at Silas's Duck Foundation Inc is to provide support to families who have been affected by childhood cancer. We offer several resources and programs to meet these families' unique needs . Cancer is devastating both emotionally and financially. We are here to take some of the weight off of these families.

Ways you can help
Donations are what keep us going. Whether you give time to events, items needed to make it all happen, or funding to bring it all together, each donation is what this charity runs on. To learn more about how to help go to the get involved tab.
Every duck matters
Silas's Ducks are at the core of our entire foundation. These ducks cause smiles, and raise awareness for childhood cancer. These ducks bring this battle to save our kids to the front of the public mind. We offer labels to print off and directions so that you can become an active ducker today. Community Corner At
The Charlotte Knights
Silas's Duck Foundation has been chosen to participate in the Community Corner program at the Charlotte Knights game on July 20, 2025. We will have tickets for sale through a special link to help our fundraising efforts for that day! We will have a table in the main breezeway to meet and talk with guests about what we do and our missions. This is an exciting opportunity and we are so honored to be included. We will be giving ducks out and lots of smiles as well as bracelets that day.

3rd Annual Duck
Race Update!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out for this year's Duck Race. Those who support this race every year go over and beyond expectations. We could not do this without each of you.
​
This year's total raised was $804! Wow!! This will be used to fund the Equine Grief Therapy for the remainder to 2025. This also has allowed us to participate in 3 more community events!

We were able to participate at The Taylorsville Apple Blossom Festival and hand out almost 200 ducks and bracelets while sharing our passion for helping local families who are fighting childhood cancer.

We have been invited to participate in this year's Faith Fair in Caldwell county next weekend, May 17,th 2025 and have been able to add a new faith based line of merchandise for sale to further our fundraising goals for these families.
The Duck Race has helped offset some of the costs associated with these community events, and help us get our mission spread farther with each event.
